Our Community Outreach team works to follow up with patients to integrate them into the decision-making at the clinic for a more complete healthcare experience, through one-on-one outreach, community meetings, and door-to-door outreach. The team builds awareness within CGHC of healthcare needs in the community at large and develops projects with the community for holistic health improvement. |
