Our Integrative Primary Care Services provide primary care services to underinsured and uninsured. Services are provided by one full time Nurse Practitioner, Part-time Physicians, an Acupuncturist, Herbalists and other support staff and volunteers.
- Appointments: We have changed from being a walk-in clinic to only accepting next-day appointments. To schedule a next-day appointment, call at 1pm, Monday through Wednesday.
- You can be seen by a health provider for many health concerns. If you need advanced diagnostic tests you may have to go elsewhere, but we offer referrals for specialty services. Once you have seen a health provider, you can schedule a laboratory test for a Monday or Wednesday morning.
- Prescriptions: Our Nurse Practitioners or Doctors can write you a prescription. Bring your current medications.
- Prescription Assistance: If you do not have prescription coverage, we can help you get signed up with a program to get your medications at low cost or free.
- Herbal Medicine: Herbalists work primarily with whole plant medicines, such as medicinal teas and tinctures, in order to treat the underlying causes of illness and thus the whole person.
- Medical Interpreters: Ofrecemos interpretacion para todos de nuestros servicios en Espanol y Portugues. We offer interpretation for all of our services in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Health Education: Find out more about living well, managing an illness like high blood pressure or diabetes, and using your medications properly.
- HIV and Syphilis Testing: We offer HIV and Syphilis testing on Wednesdays from 9am-11am- no appointment neccessary.
- Vaccinations: We offer Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B, and Flu vaccinations.
