Happy fall! Here at CGHC we are embracing the promise of cooler weather ahead and heading forward with newfound energy. After 5 years of integrative healthcare we are excited to now have herbalists in the clinic full time. This means more energy to focus on the care of our clients and more energy to work on our ever-improving integrative model! As always we welcome and appreciate donations. Here are some guidelines to consider if you would like to contribute:
- The wish list encompasses everything we normally use. If you would like to donate something that is not on the list, please contact us prior to sending it to ensure that it will be helpful. It may be helpful for you to know that we are western herbalists.
- Simples, not combinations, are easiest for us to utilize. If you have a combo such as a salve or tea that you think might be really great, contact us and we’ll talk.
- Please label bags and bottles with botanical name, common name, date made/harvested, and alcohol percentage if applicable.
- Please check the expiration date on any pre-packaged herbal capsules or supplements you send. Health codes require that no expired products of any kind be on our shelves.
- At this time, we do not have a homeopath on staff. As none of us are committed students of homeopathy and we focus mostly on plant remedies, we ask that no homeopathic remedies be sent at this time.
- Please include a packing slip, or mark contents on outside of box. We can also send you a charity tax-deduction receipt if you would like – just include your name and address.
- Send donations to: Common Ground Health Clinic
